The long overdue VLC Media Player is now available for free on the App Store, VLC Media Player one of the best media players for Mac and Windows. You have to enrich your iPad by downloading VLC on it now, VLC is a free and open source cross-platform multimedia player and framework, that plays most multimedias files and various streaming protocols.

VLC app developers confirmed that the app will be compatible with the most video formats without conversion and any other iPad apps. another good news, they confirm that VLC app for iPhone is in progress and would see the light soon.

To transfer video files to iPad, you only have to connect the iPad to your computer, then open iTunes, and through the File Sharing feature, found under "Appllications", copy all the videos you want to transfer to your iPad.
